Shipping & Returns

We aim to ship all our orders within 2-3 working days. 

Shipping (Monday to Friday)

• Standard Shipping (UK including islands) - Takes 2-3 working days and costs £3

• First Class Shipping (UK including islands) - Takes 1-2 working days and costs £3.95

• Free Standard Shipping (UK including islands) - Orders over £30

• International Shipping (Europe) - Takes 3-5 working days and costs £9.90

Please note any orders placed Friday-Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. 
Please message us if your area/country isn’t covered in this and we will let you know the cost of shipping.

Returns

We can only accept returns, refunds or exchanges due to faulty items. Please contact us within 14 days with photographic evidence and we will try our best to resolve this issue. 

Unfortunately due to health and hygiene reasons we are unable to accept refunds, returns or exchanges if you have changed your mind​.

*please note that silicone suction doesn't work as well on wooden or textured surfaces so we won't be able to accept refunds due to this reason. The suction may need reapplied throughout the meal if it is being pulled a lot so we cannot accept refunds due to this reason either*
